Crowell has won many advertising awards for creativity including One Show Awards, Radio Mercury Awards, Communication Arts Awards and ADDY Awards (local, regional, and national). Crowell has also received a significant amount of coverage in trade journals and newspapers for its creativity and unusual style. Furthermore, Crowell is the first agency in the United States to be named Agency of the Year nine years in a row, although this is self-proclaimed. Crowell received national recognition in the New York Times for a campaign for the University of Utah.
